1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Structify, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2 Description of Service

Structify is an AI-powered Figma plugin that generates UX design structures from project management tickets (Jira, GitLab) and text or document inputs. The Service uses Claude AI to analyze ticket content and produce structured design recommendations within your Figma workspace.

3 User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features you may connect your Jira or GitLab account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4 Subscription Plans and Billing

Structify offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 generations per month at no cost
• Pro: 15 generations per month at $17/month
• Business: 40 generations per month at $29/month
• Enterprise: 25 generations per seat per month at $14/seat/month (minimum 5 seats)

All payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from within the plugin settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts to make excessive requests to our servers
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

7 Intellectual Property

Structify and its content are owned by the Structify team and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. AI-generated design structures produced by the Service are provided for your use, and you retain ownership of any designs you create using the output.

8 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Atlassian (Jira), GitLab, and Anthropic (Claude AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may not always be accurate — always review output before use.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
